Just like everyone he has a habit, whenever he is surfing on YouTube whether it’s a deep-dive tutorial, an inspiring keynote, or a quick life-hack video, he clicks “Watch Later” throughout his day

At when at later evening he finds his playlist overflowing by evening. As Raj stares at dozens of unwatched videos, he wonders, "How I am ever gonna watch all these saved videos"?

Every time raj finds a video interesting, and he wants to save it to watch later he just open our extension on the youtube video page and select his preferred slot and just schedules it to his google calendar

Choose Favorite Time Slots

After a hectic workday, Raj knows exactly when he has free time: evenings from 6–9 PM and late-night wind-downs from 9 PM–12 AM. In the extension’s Preferences, he simply picks “Evening (6–9 PM)” and “Night (9–12 AM).” From now on, every scheduling suggestion automatically falls into these windows no more hunting for the perfect slot.

One Click Schedule

With his preferred slots set, Raj scrolls through his Watch Later list, hovers over a video, and clicks “Schedule”. The extension instantly analyzes his free/busy calendar, picks an open 30-minute window in his chosen slot, and pops the event into Google Calendar—complete with video link and thumbnail. One click, zero friction.

Choose Quick Slots

Sometimes Raj’s day turns unpredictable - maybe he finishes a call early or wraps up a meeting on time. He needs flexibility. That’s why we added Quick Slots: buttons for “+1 hr,” “+2 hr,” “+3 hr,” or “+5 hr.” When he’s in a hurry, Raj hits “+1 hr,” and voilà the video is booked into the next available hour.

Manage Watch Later History

Life happens—Raj might watch a video early, skip one, or miss a scheduled slot. Our History Manager lives right in the popup. Mark as Watched to archive finished videos. Reschedule any missed or skipped session with a new preferred or quick slot. Delete entries he no longer needs.

The Result

By bedtime, Raj’s Watch Later list is empty - or neatly archived in his History. His Google Calendar reflects exactly when he’ll learn, laugh, or be inspired. No more stress. No more forgotten videos. Just smooth, story - driven scheduling that keeps Raj - and you - on track.
